USPS resumes Network Consolidations

NAPS HQ has received information on Postal Service plans dealing with resumption of plant consolidations beginning in January 2015.  The attachment includes notification and related documents (a list of facilities, stand-up talks, and news releases).

NAPS HQ has requested from USPS HQ a briefing regarding this issue.
