NAPS President releases statement prior to United States Senate hearing on the Future of the USPS

Prior to the Senate Committee on Homeland Security and Government Affairs hearing on the future of the Postal Service, NAPS President Louis Atkins delivered written testimony to the committee on our approach to dealing with the challenges facing the USPS. Included in this statement was an emphasis on addressing the health benefit pre-funding mandate and allowing the USPS to compete in the marketplace.
