1. REGISTER NOW. Online Registration Ends Friday, February 28. Save money by registering before Friday -- the online registration fee is $130, and the mailed registration fee is $125. But the registration form must be received by NAPS HQ by this Friday, February 28. After February 28, only mailed registration and on-site registration will be available at the $250 registration rate.

2. Make Your Reservation at the Crystal Gateway Marriott

3. Get Up to Speed with the LTS Issues. Draft versions of the NAPS Issue Briefs and other materials are on the NAPS website and available for you to read and study -- well before you arrive in Washington. Be sure to come prepared!

Program highlights will include:
Sunday, March 9: Wreath Laying at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier; Nondenominational Worship; First Timer's Orientation; Town Hall with NAPS Resident Officers; and State Legislative Chairs Dinner.
Monday, March 10: Remarks by: USPS Deputy Postmaster General Ronald Stroman and USPS Vice-President of Labor Relations Doug Tulino; and Rep. Gerry Connolly (D-VA).
Legislative training by the NAPS Legislative Team (Bruce Moyer, Elliot Friedman and Seth Lennon) to provide you with the tools and confidence to make an impact in your meetings on Capitol Hill.
A SPAC Reception for eligible PAC donors follows in the evening.
Tuesday and Wednesday, March 11 and 12: Meetings with House and Senate offices; and debriefings.
5. Sign-up for SPAC. Special prizes will be awarded to LTS delegates who have already signed-up or sign up at the LTS for auto-contributions to SPAC through PostalEASE and OPM deduction for SPAC.
Active employees should bring their Postal EIN Number and PIN number for PostalEASE to sign up for payroll deduction. Additionally, retirees should bring their CSA number and password for the OPM website to sign up for OPM deduction.
