Joined NAPS in 1979 when first promoted. Worked in Mail Processing and Delivery working my way up to both an EAS 24 as an MDO and Station Manager. Also worked as Manager of Logistics and Distribution and on many special assignments including assisting in writing the Associate Supervisor Program in the 1990’s.

In NAPS served as VP and President of Branch 43, Boston. Massachusetts (6 years)  State President (2 years) , New England Area Vice President (8 years)  National Secretary/Treasurer (4 years), Executive Vice President (4 years).
