I have nearly 20 years now in the Postal Service and started way back in 95/96 as a Transitional Employee at a REC. I am a graduate of the Associate Supervisor Program and worked 10 years in Operations covering all operations. I moved to maintenance in 2005 and while in maintenance completed the Maintenance Leadership Program. I have attended many courses at the National Center for Employee Development and continue to be a certified trainer.  I have taught the former Automation Systems Performance Management, DBCS Certification and continue to teach AFCS200 Operator/Supervisor Training as well DBCS and DPS training. I currently work Tour 1.
