I began working for the Postal Service in 1984 as a City Letter Carrier. I was a graduate of the ASP Program in 1998. I was promoted to Delivery Supervisor in 1998. In 2003 I became Manager of Customer Service. I previously served as Branch 36 Vice-President in Kansas City, Missouri. I recently served as Branch President until I was elected Central Region Vice-President at the National Convention in Orlando Florida in 2010.

I have four children Tiffany, Portia, Christina and Craig Jr. I also have a one year Yorkie Terrier name Yatzee and a one year Boxer name Jazee.
